Nebbiolo is eighty percent of our vineyards. This is the most direct way to get to know it: same grape, same Monforte hills, a shorter ageing so you can drink it young without waiting.

Certification: Grapes from SQNPI-certified vineyards — integrated production, audited every year by an independent body. The mark appears on the label from the 2026 vintage.
Training: Guyot-trained vines
Harvest: Second or third week of October
Winemaking: Traditional, in steel: 10 days with a floating cap and 3 pump-overs a day at controlled temperature (~25 °C)
Ageing: Malolactic in wood; 40% of the volume in second-use barriques for 6 months; blending and bottling
Food pairing: Meat and cheese
Serving: 15–18 °C
Closure: Diam 5 cork, guaranteed TCA-free
Packaging: 6-bottle case, bottles lying flat
