Training: Guyot counter-espalier training system

Harvesting period: second decade of October

Winemaking: traditional in stainless steel with emerged cap for 20 days with 3 pumping over and 3 manual daily temperature punching down (c.a 28 C °)

Aging: steel, medium-sized French oak for 10 months, and bottle

Alcohol content: 14%

Pairings: pasta, dishes with tasty and meat dishes

and main courses of the earthen kitchen

Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C

Packaging: box of 6 horizontal bottles

Closing: natural one-piece cork TCA free

From a vineyard of over seventy years

Red wine of great structure that comes from a vineyard of over seventy years of age. It is vinified in order to have a great concentration of color and fruit. It ages in new tonneaux of allier oak for a period of about 10 months, then stays in bottle for 4 -5 months before getting ready for the market.
