The Vineyards
Once in Cascina Sòt you will be welcomed by Maurizio, Lorena, Silvana or Leonardo who will carry you to visit the most accessible vineyards illustrating the differences among the vines and among the processing. You will discover how we take care of our vines and our land.
FROM THE VINEYARDS TO THE CELLAR
The Cellar
You will visit our winery and we will show you all the steps of winemaking. Here our wines come to life, get structured, mature and grow old.
At Cascina Sòt we pay very attention to the environment: it’s why, for the control of temperatures in fermentation, we have created a heat exchanger that uses the low temperature of an ancient well and, for the tartaric stabilization of wines, we use the winter’s cold. In this way we do not consume energy and do not produce carbon dioxide.

The tasting
Finally you will experience the tasting of our wines, the result of our work and our passion, here with us. We will show you the characteristics and the particularities of each wine that you will taste, of how it is born and how it evolves, it is refined and paired with food.
