From a 35-year-old vineyard exposed completely to the south

From a fantastic 35-year-old Dolcetto vineyard exposed completely to the south, a wine is obtained that expresses wonderfully the olfactory sensations of the vine. Classic Piedmontese wine obtained with a traditional vinification with emerged cap at a relatively low temperature to preserve the primary aromas. After a short refinement in steel the following spring is bottled. Excellent to accompany the whole meal.
