From the Cru Bricco San Pietro

Great Piedmontese red wine obtained with a traditional emerged cap vinification and then aged in small and medium-sized French oak barrels. The grapes used for winemaking come from the Cru Bricco San Pietro. Its best pairings are game, braised beef and mature cheeses.
